Meinecke-Johnson constructed the West Acres Shopping Mall more than 25 years ago. We built the mall itself at more than a million square feet, the largest between Minneapolis and Seattle. We also worked with many of the mall’s retail clients to create the enticing stores that have welcomed many millions of shoppers over the years.
